Wills and Powers of Attorney in Victoria:
I can take instructions and provide advice for your Will, Power of Attorney, Medical Treatment Decision Maker Form or Advanced Care Directive by email, phone or audio-visual link. My usual practice is that I take instructions on the phone or email and then I come to you to sign your document.

Deceased Estates:
When a person dies their Will may have to be 'proved' (go to Probate) or if they die without a valid Will, Letters of Administration may need to be granted before their estate can be distributed. Each case is as unique as the person who passed away so the costs involved are usually advised in person and in writing before commencing any work. I am honoured to support you at the sad time of loss of a loved one.
